Who Am I
Hello! I’m Faisal.
I am a civil engineer with extensive experience working in the Middle East since 2012. My career began as a QA/QC Engineer in Saudi Arabia, where I developed a strong foundation in quality assurance and quality control. Since 2015, I have been based in Oman as a Resident Engineer, overseeing various civil engineering projects and ensuring their successful execution.
Throughout my career, I have encountered numerous work-related challenges, including managing projects under pressure and collaborating with colleagues who have diverse and sometimes challenging personalities. These experiences have taught me that effective problem-solving hinges on having a well-defined or definite goal. With a focus on clear objectives, I am committed to navigating complexities and achieving successful outcomes in every project I undertake.

For me, a goal is like a puzzle—though the solution might seem straightforward, it often requires some thought and a unique approach to achieve. That’s why having a clear and definite goal is crucial.
